This is the my drawing of lesson 17 in a workbook that teaches how to draw more complicated objects such as fabrics, metals, crockery, and different shapes. I, Gloria Poole, asked for and received that book at Christmas. I had mechanical drawing for a year as a formal course but in that course I learned to draw machines and engines etc, and house floor plans. I have been drawing ever since I took that course many years ago but I still need practice with certain objects. So, I am drawing all of the fifty lessons in the workbook which gives me a blank page to draw on for each lesson. I am preserving my drawings w/ fixative. In this one when I photographed it, I included the reference drawing also so you the viewer could compare. You will see that my drawing is not perfect. I tried several times to get the curvature of bottom of the pan correct & I changed the handle to be more like one I would want [because I have large hands] and I made a note and signed it and photographed it and uploaded it and posted it to this blog of mine today 13th Jan 2017 at 10:36am.
